Refund Policy
1. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Certain goods are exempt, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases.
3. Process
Email Support@getvolure.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you an RMA number and return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account; then contact your credit‑card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at Support@getvolure.com.
6. Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale unless defective.
7. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us to arrange an exchange.
8. Shipping
To return your product, contact us at Support@getvolure.com for the label and returning address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
